Available studios

There are 14 modern studios with a floor area of 23- 27,5 square metres available. All studios are similarly furnished with a bed, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe, a coat rack, curtains and lighting. The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with an energy saving refrigerator, a cermaic hob, cooker hood, sink unit, wall and floor cupboards.

Dyed concrete floor and floor-to-ceiling windows capture enough daylight and reflect the urban character of a loft setting. District heating and ventilation systems, solar-assisted domestic water heating and floor heating provide an optimum of living comfort.
