Modern living at reasonable prices

Our prices are transparent and include all the utilities, except radio / TV (GEZ). Those costs have to be paid by the tenant to the service provider current prices at a glance (as per 2023/2024).

Deposit and Fees

• When concluding the contract or before moving into the studio, a deposit of € 1000 must be paid. There is no interest on this deposit. It will be sent within max. 3 months after moving out and after clarifying any claims that have not yet been settled, repaid.
• There is a one-time administration fee of 95, – € as well as an entry or Move-out flat rate of € 95, – also payable before moving in – calculated. Radio and television fees (approx. € 18,50) are to be paid directly to the GEZ by the tenant.
• For other services such as Procurement of replacement keys, moving within the house, dunning fees, etc. will be charged € 35 per transaction.
• Note: The complete rental price can change in the course of the agreed rental period if the costs increase by more than 4% in a period of 3 months, e.g. due to inflation, sharply rising wage costs and/or energy price increases (basis: data determined by the Federal Statistical Office).
